METHODS THAT CAN HELP YOU

Hypnotherapy

We guide you into a relaxed state, similar to daydreaming. In this state, called hypnosis, you gain better access to your subconscious mind. We can help you change habits, overcome fears, or achieve other personal goals.

EMDR

EMDR is a therapy used to process traumatic experiences. Through distractions, we help you process unpleasant memories in a less intense way, reducing their emotional charge.

NLP

With Neuro-Linguistic Programming, we gain insight into your motivations and behaviors. We use techniques such as reframing thoughts, visualization, and modeling successful behavior to promote your personal growth and improvement.

ACT

ACT focuses on accepting difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fighting them. Through mindfulness and acceptance, we help you respond flexibly to challenges—even in the presence of painful emotions or difficult situations.

RET

In RET, we identify and change irrational beliefs that lead to emotional problems. We challenge these thoughts and replace them with healthier, more realistic beliefs—supporting your emotional well-being.
